Technology Services

SETALABS provides software, APIs, and other technology solutions that may be used by Users for e-commerce, dropshipping, marketplace integrations, and the automation of related business processes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms applicable to a specific Service, SETALABS is not the seller, supplier, owner, or manufacturer of any physical goods offered or purchased by Users or their customers through the Services.

Sales and Order Fulfillment

The User is solely responsible for conducting its business activities, managing relationships with its customers, selecting products and suppliers, placing orders, obtaining any required permits or authorizations, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Physical goods are sold, processed, and fulfilled by the applicable sellers, suppliers, marketplaces, or other third parties.

The use of SETALABS Services to transmit, create, or automate orders does not make SETALABS a party to any transaction between the User, the User’s customer, the seller, or the supplier of the relevant goods.

Shipping and Delivery

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms applicable to a specific Service, SETALABS does not store, package, transport, ship, or deliver physical goods.

Shipping methods, costs, delivery times, available destinations, shipment tracking, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and other shipping and delivery conditions are determined by the applicable seller, supplier, marketplace, carrier, or logistics provider.

SETALABS does not control the actual processing, shipment, transportation, customs clearance, or delivery of physical goods and does not guarantee delivery times or the availability of any particular shipping method.

Product and Shipping Information

Setalabs Services may provide information regarding products, prices, availability, sellers, suppliers, shipping costs and delivery times, shipment status, and other information obtained from third-party sources.

Such information may change, be delayed, or contain inaccuracies as a result of changes, limitations, or other circumstances affecting third-party sources.

The User is responsible for independently verifying material information regarding products, prices, availability, and shipping conditions before entering into a transaction or providing such information to its customers.

Product and Delivery Issues

Claims or disputes relating to the quality, completeness, conformity with description, availability, shipment, delay, loss, or damage of physical goods must be addressed to the party responsible for the sale, supply, fulfillment, or delivery of the relevant goods.

SETALABS is not responsible for the acts or omissions of sellers, suppliers, marketplaces, carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties involved in the sale or delivery of physical goods, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Returns of Physical Goods

The terms applicable to the return, exchange, or refund of physical goods are determined by the seller, supplier, marketplace, or other party responsible for the relevant sale.

The Setalabs Refund Policy applies to payments for Setalabs Services and does not govern the return, exchange, or refund of physical goods purchased by Users or their customers from third-party sellers or suppliers.
