Subscription Policy

Subscription Plans

Certain SETALABS Services may be provided on a subscription basis.

The features, usage limits, billing period, price, and other terms applicable to each subscription plan are specified on the SETALABS website, in the User’s account, or in an individual commercial offer.

By purchasing a subscription, the User agrees to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the terms of the selected subscription plan.

Subscription Period

A subscription is activated after successful payment or, where applicable, after the required amount has been deducted from the User’s account balance.

The subscription remains active for the billing period specified for the selected subscription plan.

Unless otherwise provided by the terms of a particular subscription plan, the subscription period begins on the date of activation and continues for the applicable billing period.

Automatic Renewal

If automatic renewal is enabled for a subscription, the subscription will automatically renew for the next billing period if sufficient funds are available in the User’s account balance.

The fee for the next subscription period will be deducted from the User’s account balance in accordance with the applicable subscription plan.

If the User’s account balance is insufficient on the renewal date, the subscription will not be renewed. Once the User adds sufficient funds to the account balance, the subscription may be automatically renewed and the applicable subscription fee deducted from the User’s balance.

The new billing period begins at the time the subscription is renewed, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the applicable subscription plan.

The User may disable automatic renewal through the User’s account where such functionality is available. Disabling automatic renewal does not terminate the current paid subscription period and does not affect the User’s ability to use the Services until the end of that period.

Account Balance and Charges

Certain SETALABS Services may require the User to maintain a sufficient balance in the User’s account.

Funds available in the User’s account balance may be used to pay subscription fees, API usage charges, and other Services in accordance with the applicable pricing plan.

API usage charges may be deducted from the User’s balance based on the actual number and type of API requests or other billable operations performed.

Applicable rates are determined by the User’s pricing plan and are specified on the Setalabs website, in the User’s account, or in an individual commercial offer.

Insufficient Balance

To use Services for which charges are based on actual usage, including billable API requests and other operations, the User must maintain sufficient funds in the User’s account balance to cover the applicable charges.

If the account balance is insufficient, SETALABS may restrict or suspend the relevant paid operations until the User adds sufficient funds to the account balance.

Access to such operations may be restored automatically after the account balance has been replenished.

Setalabs is not responsible for any interruption of paid Services resulting from insufficient funds in the User’s account balance.

Changes to Subscription Plans

The User may change a subscription or pricing plan where such functionality is available for the relevant Service.

The conditions under which a plan change takes effect, including any applicable additional charges, credits, or adjustments, may depend on the plans involved and will be provided to the User before the change is confirmed.

Unless otherwise expressly provided by the terms of the applicable pricing plan, changing a plan does not entitle the User to a refund for any unused portion of the previous plan.

Cancellation

The User may cancel a subscription or disable automatic renewal through the User’s account where such functionality is available, or by contacting Setalabs support.

Unless otherwise expressly provided by the terms of the applicable subscription plan, cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing for the next billing period but does not immediately terminate access to Services that have already been paid for.

The User may continue using the Services until the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to the applicable usage limits and these Terms.

After the cancellation becomes effective, no fees for subsequent subscription periods will be charged unless the User purchases or reactivates a subscription.

9.8. Fees and Price Changes

Setalabs may change the prices, fees, API usage rates, and other commercial terms applicable to the Services.

Price changes will not apply retroactively to payments already made by the User.

For recurring subscriptions, new prices will generally apply beginning with the next billing period following the effective date of the change, unless otherwise communicated to the User.

Where required by applicable law, Setalabs will provide advance notice of material changes to subscription pricing.

Taxes and Fees

Prices specified by Setalabs may exclude taxes, duties, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by payment service providers, financial institutions, or governmental authorities, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The User is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and third-party fees associated with the purchase and use of the Services, except where Setalabs is legally required to collect, withhold, or pay such amounts.

Refunds

Payments for subscriptions, API usage, and other Services are non-refundable except where otherwise expressly provided in the SETALABS Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

Cancellation of a subscription does not, by itself, entitle the User to a refund for the current or any previously paid billing periods.

Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with the Setalabs Refund Policy.

Billing Information

The User is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information where such information is required.

SETALABS may provide invoices, receipts, transaction records, and other payment-related documents electronically.

Information regarding payments, account balance, charges, and subscription status may be available through the User’s account.
